After your order is placed, our team begins processing it within the standard working hours. Most orders are packed and handed over to the delivery partner within one to two working days. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer, but we ensure clear communication throughout.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery time depends on your location, courier availability and order size.
For most major cities, delivery usually takes between three to seven working days.
Remote or interior locations may take a little longer.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or AWB number to follow the shipment until it reaches your address.
Shipping Partners
We work with reliable and trusted courier partners who handle Ayurvedic and wellness products with care. They ensure safe handling, proper packaging and timely delivery. Courier service availability may vary depending on pincode and region.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at the time of checkout before payment.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure that your address, mobile number and pincode are correct while placing the order.
If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unreachable number or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping may require additional charges.

After dispatch, you will receive tracking details through email or SMS.
You can use the tracking link to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that looks damaged, opened or tampered with, please inform us within 24 to 48 hours along with clear images.
Do not use the product if the seal is broken.
