At Sagar Ayur Pharma, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers. Our Cancellation and Refunds policy is created to help you understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds work on our platform.

 Order Cancellation

You can request an order cancellation before the product is packed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible.

To cancel an order, you can contact us through email or WhatsApp with your order number and registered mobile number. Our team will review your request and update you on the status.

 Returns and Replacement

As an Ayurvedic marketplace, most products fall under health, wellness, and personal care categories. Due to the sensitive nature of these items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • You received a product that has expired or is near expiry

In such cases, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. For any return request, customers must share an unedited video clearly showing the issue with the product from the time of opening the package. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a return as applicable.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return. Items such as medicines, supplements, oils, powders, and personal care products cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or incorrect on arrival.

 Refunds

Refunds are processed only for eligible returns or successful order cancellations made before dispatch. Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take a few working days to reflect in your account.

If a replacement is available, we may first offer a replacement instead of a refund to ensure quicker resolution.

 Non-Refundable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes:

  • Opened or used items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to incorrect storage or handling by the customer
  • Items purchased during special deals or clearance sales
